Shri. K. Ramesh Babu has completed more than Thirty Seven Years in practice. He is in charge of taxation and advisor on taxation matters. He also acts in an advisory capacity on Company Law matters to several companies. He handled several share valuation and brand valuation. His proactive approach in implementation of sound internal audit controls and checks for enhancing the entity's revenue and reduction in cost is commended by his clientele. CA Bhuvanendra Anand R is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a distinguished Partner at M/s. R.B. Associates since November 2011. With over three decades of professional experience, he has played a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audit and advisory services across various sectors.

A Commerce graduate from Osmania University (1989), he commenced his journey in the profession by enrolling in the Chartered Accountancy course and completed his article ship under the mentorship of Sri D.V. Anjaneyulu, a senior Chartered Accountant in Hyderabad. He cleared the CA Intermediate examination in his first attempt i 1991, showcasing his academic rigour and commitment to the profession.

As part of his professional training, he underwent industrial training with Tata Coffee Limited (formerly Asian Coffee Limited), one of India’s premier coffee manufacturing companies. During his tenure there, he worked closely with Departmental Head(s) and actively contributed to strengthening internal controls and operational processes. This experience provided him with invaluable exposure to Corporate Finance, Mergers and Amalgamations, Valuations, IPOs, Foreign Direct Investments, and Foreign Exchange Regulations.

After gaining initial experience in industry and on passing out CA Final, he transitioned into full-time practice. He previously served as a Partner at M/s. Moparthy & Associates, Hyderabad, where he specialized in the audits of Banks, Public Sector Undertakings, and World Bank-Aided Projects. His expertise includes conducting audits in a computerized environment, Statutory Audits of NBFCs, and Risk-Based Internal Audits, particularly for ICICI Bank branches.

A committed advocate for continuous learning and knowledge sharing, CA Bhuvanendra Anand has also served as a faculty member at the Southern India Regional Council of ICAI, Hyderabad Chapter. He has delivered lectures and classroom sessions for students and professionals on a range of accounting and auditing topics.

He has passed Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit (ISA and his areas of specialization include implementation of SAP/ERP/MS Dynamics modules in Oil and Gas Exploration Companies, Infrastructure Entities, Port Operations such as Seaports and Shipbuilding Units, Mechanized Container Terminal and companies engaged in Offshore and Marine-based Support Services. and also oversees audits of Corporate Entities, Government-Funded Schemes (notably the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, Samagra Shiksha in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana), and Public Sector/Government Undertakings

With over 30 years of experience in the profession, CA Bhuvanendra Anand offers strategic guidance in matters related to Taxation, Corporate Laws, and Regulatory Compliance. He has also successfully completed the ICAI’s Certification Course on Artificial Intelligence for Chartered Accountants (Level 1) at the Centre of Excellence, Hyderabad, and effectively integrates AI-driven tools into professional service delivery.

Independently handled audits of Public Sector Undertaking. He has wide experience in handling Internal Audits and involved in audits of NTPC, South Eastern Coal Fields Ltd ( Eastern Division), ITDC - Ashoka Tours and Travels Division, IRCON International Limited ( a subsidiary if Indian Railways). He looks after our Vishakapatnam Branch Office and directly supervises audit in this Region.

With his experience in audit of major Government Undertakings like NTPC and IRCON subsidiary of Indian Railways has gained immense knowledge in process audit and establishing of sound Management Information Systems and Controls.

Presently in-charge of a dedicated audit team who conducts audit of Government Undertakings, Nationalized and Private Banks, Private College and other clients based at Vishakapatnam.

CA HARSHA VARDHAN

B HARSHA VARDHAN is an Associate member of The Institute, qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 years of experience. Along with CA he has done bachelor in commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has got AIR 10 in CA foundation. He has undergone articleship training under K Ramesh Babu(founder of this firm).His Hard work and dedication towards work is recognized by the Firm and has been offered partnership in the firm. He is associated with the firm for 10 years and is currently looking at audits and income tax filings

Over the period, he has gained tremendous exposure in areas of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Domestic Taxation, IND AS Accounting and Valuation. Having proven to be a great asset to R.B. Associates, he has been absorbed into the firms’ core team where he has been handling diversified nature of assignments.
